Yes — every guest completes a short digital guest agreement (house rules and terms & conditions) as part of online check-in, along with everything you need to know for arrival: door codes, wifi, and local tips.
No deposit is taken at booking. Guests remain liable for any damage caused during their stay, as set out in the guest agreement.
Yes. The apartment is covered by full insurance and operated in line with current UK short-let safety and regulatory requirements.
You're welcome to visit the flat in person before booking so you can see it meets what you need — just email us to arrange a time. For monthly or longer stays we can also schedule a live video walkthrough if an in-person viewing isn't practical.
A serviced apartment is fully furnished accommodation available for temporary rent, suited to short stays, medium stays or long-term stays, with hotel-like extras laid on during your stay such as cleaning, maintenance and responsive support. Apartments are normally self-contained, with a fully fitted kitchen and a private bathroom, plus separate living and sleeping areas depending on the size and configuration.
